DCI Capital Classic. The Sacramento Mandarins—a locally based, highly regarded drum and bugle corps—present this premier drumline and outdoor arts event fundraiser. Look forward to nationally acclaimed drum corps ensembles, food trucks, and guest performers. It starts at 6:30 p.m. (gates open at 4 p.m.) at Oak Ridge High School.
